Data we process
We process workspace and sign-in details, client references, email details and content, codes and links identified in messages, alerts, activity records, and payment records where applicable.
Why we process it
We use this data to sign users in, sort and display incoming email, find codes and references, send alerts, prevent abuse, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
Website analytics
Google Analytics 4 measures page views on PRFX’s public landing and policy pages. It receives the page path and title, along with basic device and browser information. PRFX does not send dashboard pages, email content, verification codes, or URL query strings to Analytics. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement; you can limit these through your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers
PRFX uses service providers to host and operate the service, measure public website use, and process payments. Card details are entered into secure Cashfree payment fields embedded in PRFX and sent directly to Cashfree; PRFX does not receive or store full card details.
Security
PRFX limits access to authorised users, encrypts connections, keeps each business’s data separate, limits abusive activity, and records security-related actions.
