PRFX is a product operated by Noetic Laboratories (OPC) Private Limited. These terms form the agreement between that company and the business that creates or uses a PRFX workspace.
The service
PRFX creates a separate email address for each client record. When a service sends email to that address, PRFX files the message under the client in your team's inbox. It finds verification codes and reference numbers, identifies due dates in messages from recognised government websites, and can send alerts through Telegram and browser notifications. PRFX does not sign in to service accounts, file returns, send or reply to email, or receive SMS.
Fees and payment
You pay in advance for a monthly or yearly client limit. Prices, applicable taxes and the amount due are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Cashfree. A purchase does not renew automatically; make another purchase to continue after the paid period. Access is updated after payment is confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
Use PRFX only for lawful business operations and service accounts your team is authorised to manage. Obtain the client’s permission before changing a contact email or receiving messages on their behalf.
Availability
Email delivery depends on external senders and internet infrastructure. Keep an appropriate independent export for legally required records.
