Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your client limit is paid in advance for a month or a year. Payments do not renew automatically.

Effective 1 October 2026

Payment and access

Choose your client limit and payment period before checkout. PRFX shows the price and applicable taxes before you pay. Access is updated after Cashfree confirms payment and continues through the paid period.

Renewal and cancellation

There is no automatic renewal or recurring debit. No cancellation is needed to prevent another charge. To continue after the paid period, make a new purchase.

Refunds

Monthly purchases may be refundable within 7 days of the first payment if the service has not been materially used. Yearly purchases may be refundable within 14 days of the first payment.

Email billing@prfx.in from the address used for your PRFX workspace. Include your payment reference and the reason for your request.
